About GearDex
GearDex is for photographers and videographers who've lost track of what's in the bag. Every camera, lens, light, filter and drone gets its own record: serial number, photos, purchase price, current value, condition, storage spot and receipt. Before a job you plan the shoot (call sheet, weather, sun times) and build the packing list from gear you actually own; QR labels handle lending to a second shooter. Version 4.0 added the business side: a photography website and client galleries on every plan, a client CRM on Pro, and booking plus invoices on Studio, paid through the photographer's own payment link. Web app plus desktop apps for Mac (1.3.0) and Windows (1.2.0). Starter is free for 25 items, Pro is $39 a year, Studio $179 a year. No trial; every plan exports its data.
