A little less building alone. A lot more winning together. Meet your crew
THE CREW PLAYBOOK

Good things happen when we show up.

Find customers, solve real business problems and help other founders do the same. Specific asks. Practical help. Trusted relationships.

01

Start with your introduction.

Your member profile begins with your pitch: who you are, what you are working on, where you need a hand, and what you can offer. Free and Crew members can write their own pitch. Only Crew members can read other people’s needs and offers. Projects provide the context.

02

Find a useful connection.

Explore what other members need and what they can offer. Help with feedback, an introduction, or a working session. A Crew member can express interest. A Free recipient receives a notification and needs Crew to open and respond to the request. After connecting, help can be one-way or a reciprocal pact.

03

Give a collaboration some structure.

When you both want to commit, draft a pact with two clear contributions and their deadlines. Both people accept; each recipient confirms what they received. Each obligation is tracked separately. Once both members confirm completion, the pact appears in your public reputation as a completed collaboration.

04

Build reputation through real help.

Record practical help after an accepted connection. The recipient thanks you for what they received. Your public profile shows how many different people you helped and how many pacts you completed, while the details stay private. Three confirmed contributions benefiting two members can earn your next three months of Crew, without guest referrals.

05

Give your project a home.

Projects have a public profile, a link to your website and a history of what you are building. Reserve a featured day separately: Free has 10 daily places, a seven-day horizon and a seven-day interval; Crew has 15 places, an unlimited horizon and a two-day interval. Each person has one current or upcoming reservation. Likes show appreciation; they never select a winner or determine placement.

Small starts count.
