Show up for each other.
A useful community starts with trust. These rules apply to everyone here — Free members and Crew Club members alike.
Treat people like people.
Be respectful, even when you disagree. No harassment, threats, discrimination or personal attacks. Respect a declined request and someone’s decision not to respond.
Make your help useful.
Offer support relevant to someone’s ask. Give honest feedback with care. Avoid unsolicited bulk pitches, spam and repeated requests after someone says no.
Keep your word.
Agree clearly on the work, responsibilities and timing before accepting a pact. Honour your commitments, communicate delays early and confirm only help or delivery that actually happened.
Respect what stays private.
Keep private pitches, connection messages and pact records within their intended audience. Ask before sharing someone’s information. Do not scrape or sell member content or use it for bulk marketing.
Build trust honestly.
Represent yourself and your projects accurately. Share only content you have the right to use. No fake accounts, self-referral schemes, manufactured likes, guest credit or collaboration confirmations.
Use the tools responsibly.
Do not distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access or evade rate limits, membership or booking rules. These expectations apply equally to the website, API, MCP and other automated actions.
Something doesn’t feel right?
Email support@asynq.org with the relevant profile or project link and a short explanation. Please don’t include sign-in codes or passwords.
We may restrict content or suspend or close an account for serious or repeated violations. Where appropriate, we explain the reason and allow a response; urgent protective action may come first. You can request a review through the same address.
